This flooded office kitchen in Austin, TX was the result of a broken pipe. Notice the amount of standing water; the water affected about 3000 sq ft of office space. The after picture was taken after all of the water was extracted. We had to extract all the standing water, clean all surfaces and dry the affected materials to complete the job.
